Man arrested for attempting to rape a woman at a Miami Walmart
The police report indicates that the victim was shopping when she was attacked by the aroused man

Miami-Dade Police officers arrested a man on Sunday night who attempted to rape a woman at a Walmart store, Local 10 News reported.
The suspect was identified as Brendan Harvey, 28, who allegedly approached the woman from behind, lifted up her dress, and touched her bottom, according to the police report picked up by the same media outlet.
A video shared on Instagram by the Only in Dade account shows when the assailant turned around to push the woman to the floor of the establishment located on NW 79th Street while attempting to rip off her underwear and touch her below the waist.
The police report indicates that the victim was shopping when the excited man attacked her.
The customers who were near the woman realized the man's intentions and intervened to rescue the victim. Thanks to the action of those present, the act could not be perpetuated, as shown in the video.
Harvey was held in bond court this Monday, where the judge revealed that he is already on probation, according to Local 10 News. The judge in charge of the case set bail at $50,000.
So far, the victim's identity is unknown, as well as the damage caused to the victim.
