Gelet Martínez Fragela is the founder and editor-in-chief of ADN America. She is a Cuban journalist, television producer, and political refugee who also founded ADN Cuba. 

Marleidy Muñoz has been the Editor of ADN America since its foundation in 2021. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and a Master's degree in History and Anthropology. She is also an audiovisual producer and researcher on gender issues. She has collaborated with several media outlets in Cuba and abroad.

Miguel Sirgado is a prominent Cuban-American journalist who has written for publications such as People en Español and El Nuevo Herald's Viernes Magazine. He was the editorial director of Hola! Magazine. He joined ADN America as the Entertainment section Editor in 2022. He is a graduate of the Higher Institute of Art (ISA) in Havana, Cuba.

Marielbis Rojas is a Venezuelan journalist and communications professional with a degree in Social Communication from UCAB. She is a news reporter for ADN America.

As an enterprise reporter for ADN America, John Palomino's coverage is wide-ranging and includes culture, politics, and Latin American affairs.
