A terrifying video shows the moment a man jumps from an elevated Brooklyn subway track onto the rooftop of a building across the street as he attempts to flee from cops.
Kendall Floyd, 25, was pulled over by police in Williamsburg on Wednesday afternoon because he was spotted without a seatbelt.
When police officers stopped the car at Humboldt and Debevoise streets at around 4:10 p.m., Floyd suddenly opened his car door open, hitting a cop, and bolted from the vehicle.
A chase ensued. Police eventually caught up to him, but he did not surrender. He climbed up a stanchion pole onto the elevated subway tracks near the Flushing Avenue station, police said.
The video shows Floyd standing just outside the tracks, shuffling his feet and aiming for the set of building across the street. People on the street below can be heard yelling, “Don’t do it, man! It’s not worth it!”
But Floyd leaps the large distance and falls onto the roof of a commercial building across the street.
The police run around the corner to the back side of the building to try to stop him. They find a fence blocking the access, which is locked. One cop climbs over the fence to look for Floyd.

Floyd was eventually caught but he suffered a leg injury after his jump. He was taken to Woodhull Medical Center, where he remains in stable condition.
He was arrested and charged with assault on a police officer, reckless endangerment, official misconduct, false personation, two counts of criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and seatbelt violation, according to the New York Post.
