video released on Wednesday shows the exact moment a gunman opens fire on a street in Brooklyn on Sunday, wounding four people.

The footage shows the suspect running down the block at the corner of Livonia and Rockaway avenues in Brownsville around 8:10 p.m. on Sunday. He then turns around and shoots at two people, including a 16-year-old boy.

The 16-year-old appeared to have been targeted and was struck in the head. The other victim, a 24-year-old man, was shot in the torso.

The younger victim was initially listed as being in critical condition at Maimonides Medical Center but was later stabilized. The other man was taken to Brookdale University Medical Center.

Police believe that the victims and the gunman were arguing before the incident. The two victims allegedly chased the suspect to within a few feet of where the video begins. It is not clear what led to the shooting.

Additionally, two innocent bystanders were grazed by bullets. The victims are a 34-year-old man that was grazed in the back and a 59-year-old man that was grazed in the leg.

Cops are looking for the suspect, who they described as a man with a dark complexion, thin build, and Afro-style hair.

Images released by the NYPD show the suspect riding a blue scooter in the neighborhood about an hour before the shooting.

On Sunday, 12 people in New York City were shot in nine separate incidents, including a 13-year-old girl and her mom.
