An 18-year-old girl was repeatedly punched in the face by a random attacker in the latest attack in a New York City’s subway station, reported the New York Post.

The victim was walking through the 14th Street subway station’s underground passageway at around 4 a.m. in the morning when someone suddenly hit her in the head.

The victim was taken to the hospital after suffering a cut to the face, the police reported.

The suspect did not carry any weapons or try to rob the victim.

The assault came hours after a man was stabbed in the torso in a Harlem train after the victim had gotten into an argument with a man. The suspect fled the scene at 148th Street station.

Another man was robbed at knifepoint at the 96th street station at around 2:40 a.m. on Monday. The suspect showed the victim a knife and asked him for money, police reported. Despite fleeing, the suspect was arrested soon after.
