The New York Police Department is investigating a subway attack involving a group of women wearing full-body neon green unitards.
Police responded to a report of an assault in the Times Square subway station at W. 42nd Street and Broadway at around 2 a.m. on Sunday.
Two 19-year-old women got into an argument with the group of “alien-looking women,” which escalated to pushes and punches. Eventually, the two women were robbed of their phones, credit cards, and wallets by the leotard-wearing women.
A who woman recorded the video of the incident said the group of women flooded the subway car.
"Those poor girls were like having to take on like 10 women and it bled into the car and no one knew what was going on," the woman said. "It was so chaotic."
Another video of the attack shows the leotard-wearing group getting on and off the train several times while it was waiting at the platform. Their attacks continued for several minutes until other passengers prevented them from getting back on.
The group of women has not been caught. The victims were not seriously injured.
The police are still investigating the incident.
