This gives the phrase “political football” a whole new meaning.

During Saturday’s college football game between the Georgia Bulldogs and Missouri Tigers, a massive “Let’s Go Brandon” banner was flown over Missouri’s Faurot Field at Memorial Stadium.

Video from Saturday’s SEC matchup shows the “Let’s Go Brandon” banner being pulled by a plane flying over the stadium.

The phrase “Let’s Go Brandon” has become a rallying cry for conservative Republicans after an NBC interview with NASCAR Xfinity Series driver Brandon Brown on Oct. 2. NASCAR fans were apparently chanting “F--- Joe Biden” during the interview while NBC reporter Kelli Stavast said the crowd was saying “Let’s Go Brandon” in support of Brown.

The anti-Biden chants have recently been heard at other sports events and concerts. Meanwhile, President Biden’s approval rating has fallen to 38 percent, according to a recent USA Today and Suffolk University poll.
