The power couple’s rumored marital troubles have led the seven-time Super Bowl champion and the Brazilian supermodel to both hire divorce lawyers, according to sources close to the pair.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen, his wife and one of the highest-paid models in the world, have retained divorce lawyers to divide their assets, reports Page Six on Tuesday citing multiple sources.

“I never actually thought this argument would be the end of them, but it looks like it is,” said one source.

“I don’t think there will be any coming back now. They both have lawyers and are looking at what a split will entail, who gets what and what the finances will be.”

Earlier this month, the two reportedly had had a series of heated arguments over Brady’s decision to un-retire from the NFL. Bundchen was reportedly upset because the star quarterback had promised to retire and focus on the family but found herself once again the only one with their children, according to Page Six.

Brady retired from the NFL on Feb. 1 after the Buccaneers lost to the Los Angeles Rams, who scored a field goal in the closing seconds of the game. The Rams went on to win Super Bowl LVI.

He reversed his decision a month later, announcing on Twitter that he planned to return for his 23rd season with the Tampa for “unfinished business.”

The supermodel publicly praised her husband’s decision to return to the field at the time.

As Hurricane Ian approached Florida last week, Brady evacuated his three children from the family’s Tampa home to Miami, where the Bucs practiced for their Sunday game against the Kansas City Chiefs at the Dolphins’ training facility.

Reports conflict about whether Bundchen stayed with Brady and their kids in Miami. A source told PEOPLE magazine that “Bundchen will also be there with the family” but another told Page Six the pair are “staying in separate homes amid their marital woes.”
