Ricky Martin is being sued for $3 million by his recent manager, Rebecca Drucker, who worked with him from 2014 to 2018 and then again from 2020 to 2022.

According to legal documents filed Wednesday in Los Angeles Central District Court, Drucker is suing the Latin music icon over alleged unpaid commissions, citing an allegation that could "potentially end his career."

Drucker said she worked with the "Livin' La Vida Loca" performer on two separate occasions because his "personal and professional life [was] in absolute chaos." She allegedly helped the Puerto Rican singer navigate the world of "recording contracts, touring and endorsement deals, and other professional endeavors."

"Rebecca Drucker saved Ricky Martin's career," the 15-page lawsuit alleges, according to the New York Post. "There's just one problem: Martin totally and maliciously refused to pay Rebecca the millions of dollars in commissions he owes her under his management contract."

"With Rebecca at his side, Martin earned millions of dollars and, therefore, owes Rebecca substantial commissions," the complaint states.

The Post has reached out to Martin's representative for comment.

Drucker also claimed in the lawsuit that the singer was threatened and intimidated with a "potentially career-ending allegation" in September 2020.

"Rebecca has also fiercely protected Martin," the lawsuit states, adding that she "counseled him and hired top trial lawyers to handle the matter."

Because of her help and knowledge of the music industry, Martin reportedly "emerged unscathed and proceeded with his professional resurgence."

"Now set to play a lead role in the highly anticipated Apple TV+ series ‘Mr. and Ms. American Pie,’ Martin is once again poised to reach the heights of fame and fortune," stated Drucker.

The lawsuit also accuses Martin of maintaining "a toxic work environment" and discussed "a particularly ugly incident in Dubai involving Martin and his manager Jose Vega" in 2018.

"Martin's career flourished since he rehired Rebecca as his manager in May 2020," the lawsuit continues. However, she was "forced to deal with a myriad of Martin's personal issues, such as problems with the nanny he hired to care for his children, Martin's failure to pay taxes, and his substance abuse."

The document concludes that there was a "forced" end to their business relationship and accused the singer of manipulating and lying to her, which led to the end of her job earlier this year.

Drucker claimed that Martin has "threatened" her to keep her mouth shut and remain silent with a confidentiality agreement. She has refused to sign the confidentiality agreement and has requested a jury trial and causes of action on her record.
