Britney Spears got married. The pop princess and model Sam Ashgari celebrated an intimate wedding on Thursday. Despite being planned in secrecy, some juicy details have been leaked.

The main news that draws attention is there were noteworthy absences in the wedding, although not for the bride. Except for her brother Bryan, the entire Spears family will not be present on this special day for the singer. Not even her mother, Lynne Spears.

The referenced media source is missing and needs to be re-embedded.

The singer’s family will not attend the wedding. Still, logically they are not expected to either after Britney Spears' ordeal—a dark period that ended in September 2021 after a judge ended James Spears' legal guardianship.

Now free of the chains she had been wearing since 2008, Britney Spears broke the news that same month that drove her fans crazy: Sam Ashgari proposed to her after a six-year relationship. And she said yes!

In those days, the singer shared the image of the engagement ring as only she knows how: with a stunning image, dedicated to all those who had criticized her, to all those who had tried to sink her public image, and especially to her father.

Nine months later, Britney Spears, 40, will tie the knot on June 9 with her fiancé, 28. Ashgari is her third husband, after Jason Allen Alexander and Kevin Federline, father of her two children, whom she divorced in 2007, reported by TMZ.

The "Toxic" singer got married in white, and only in front of 100 guests. Her brother Bryan will have a prominent role as a witness. However, the big question left to be answered is who walked Britney to the altar. After a surprise visit, some reports suggest that the matron of honor will be Donatella Versace, who could sign the bride's dress.
