U.S. President Joe Biden revealed the back of his notes on June 22 during a meeting with labor and private sector leaders to discuss the new Federal-State Offshore Wind Energy Implementation Partnership. His notes included specific instructions on how to act and who to ask questions to.
Biden began the meeting by saying he was "disappointed" by the Supreme Court's decision on Thursday that struck down the restriction on carrying concealed weapons in New York.
According to a video released by writer Kate Hyde, one side of the president's note card were step-by-step instructions on what to do while at the event.
"Enter the Roosevelt Room and greet the participants," "Take a seat," "Give brief comments," were some of the instructions specified in his notes.

Several social media users reacted to this revelation by the U.S. President.
"Joe Biden is not senile, guys. His supervisors just have to give him step-by-step instructions for every single thing he does," conservative digital strategist Greg Price posted on Twitter.

Last March, Biden was also photographed with points on what to say about Russian President Vladimir Putin.

"Biden had 'He wasn't articulating a policy change' written word for word on a card so he wouldn't screw it up... and yet he screwed it up," tweeted Republican Jake Schneider at the time.
