Three men are wanted in Houston, Texas, after security cameras caught them stealing a cheap decoy liquor bottle they thought was worth $4,200.

On May 23, three unidentified men walked into a liquor store and headed to a locked display case of alcohol, reported KRIV-TV.

The men asked about a $4,200 bottle in the case. A store employee came over to unlock the case and show the bottle.

At that point, one of the three men grabbed the bottle while another grabbed another box of the same liquor. Then they fled the store.

According to the employee, the man carrying the box dropped it on its way out, when he realized it was empty.

The thieves were able to get away with stealing the bottle, but little did they know the actual value of what they stole. The $4,200 bottle they thought they stole was only a decoy worth far less.

The three men are still at large. Crime Stoppers Houston is offering up to $5,000 for any information that could lead to their arrest.
