Irresistible arroz con leche (rice pudding) recipe for dessert lovers!

Arroz con leche is a comforting, traditional Latin American dessert that can be served hot or cold.
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup uncooked White rice
- 2 ½ cups milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- Powdered Cinnamon to taste
Wash rice. Add water and rice to a saucepan. Bring to a boil. One boiling, reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed—around 20 to 25 minutes.
Stir in sugar, salt, milk, and cinnamon. Simmer for about 20 minutes, until the consistency thickens.
Serve. Top with more cinnamon powder.
Optional: Add raisins to mixture.
