Amber Heard is moving out of Southern California. The actress just sold her secluded property for a pretty penny, TMZ reported.

The Yucca Valley home is long said to have belonged to Heard since the trial recently sold for $1,050,000, with a closing date of July 18, according to Zillow property records. The home was purchased in 2019 through an anonymous trust linked to Heard, for just over $750,000.

Zillow's new owner assured TMZ that he had been dealing with Heard's team on this deal, but never Amber.

After closing on the sale of the house, Heard walked away with almost double what she paid for it three years ago. She reportedly purchased the home before the pandemic and, since then, property values skyrocketed.

A Fairfax County judge in Virginia ruled in early June that Heard had to pay her ex-husband Johnny Depp a total of $8.3 million after a jury found her responsible for libel. The 'Aquaman' actress's lawyers have said she does not currently have the assets to pay the judgment.

On a day-to-day basis, Heard has reportedly been seen traveling since the trial concluded in June. She has been spotted in New York City, and also in the Hamptons.
