Hong Kong officials are investigating a concert accident where a giant video screen fell onto performers below and injured at least two dancers, Thursday evening.

Video from the Cantopop group Mirror’s concert at the Hong Kong Coliseum showed a massive LED screen suspended above the stage come unattached and flatten a dancer performing underneath it. The screen then falls sideways onto another person, who appears to be trying to hold it up.

Ambulances arrived about 10 minutes late rand rushed the injured dancers to a local hospital, reports The Standard. One suffered neck injuries and is reportedly in serious condition, while the other was in stable condition with injuries to his head.

Hong Kong leader John Lee said in a statement Friday that authorities will “comprehensively investigate the incident” and review safety requirements for future performances, reports AP.

Lee also said the government would subsidize travel for one of the injured dancers’ family members from Canada to Hong Kong to see him.

Concert organizer MakerVille said in a statement it was “deeply saddened” over the injuries of the two dancers and that it would work with authorities in the probe.

“If we find anything suspicious, or if any person or unit is involved in misconduct, we will immediately report it to the police,” they said.

This is not the first on-stage mishap to befall Mirror this week, reports Consequence of Sound. A member of the group fell off the stage in a concert on Tuesday, inspiring fans to launch a petition calling on event organizers to improve safety. The petition had over 12,000 signatures as of Wednesday evening.

On Monday evening, two band members almost fell off the stage because of its complicated design and partially mirrored floor.
