A special grand jury in Georgia recommended charges for three current and former U.S. Senators in connection with former President Donald Trump’s purported attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential election, the New York Post reported Friday morning.

The grand jury’s recommendations were sent to that Atlanta based Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis for further review.

The grand jury, whose 28-page report was released Friday, recommended Willis charge U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and former U.S. Sens. Kelly Loeffler (R-Ga.) and David Perdue R-Ga.), as well as former Trump White House national security adviser Michael Flynn and adviser Boris Epshteyn.

When Willis announced her charges, she did not indict Graham, Loeffler, Perdue, Flynn, and Epshteyn.

Instead, she indicted 19 people — including Trump, former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, and former Trump attorneys Sidney Powell, John Eastman, Rudy Giuliani, and Kenneth Chesebro on charges including violating Georgia’s racketeering law.
