A video that went viral this week shows a woman lashed out against a Latino employee at a Pennsylvania restaurant for turning on the television and tuning in a channel in Spanish.

In the video, a worker at Amy's Pizzeria & Italian Restaurant, located in Hatboro, is shown standing at the register Thursday night as a customer demands a refund.

Another employee who was in the place recorded the moment in which the woman insulted her coworker just for watching a television channel in Spanish, an act that apparently offended the woman.

“Are you seriously going to set the television in Spanish? F*** off and give me my money back. I will not give my money to an illegal immigrant," the woman said.

“That is an insult to the Americans. My father was a World War II veteran, okay? His friends and his family died so you could be here right now and earn money. And are you going to do this kind of crap?” she added.

The upset woman continued to insult the employee for several minutes and make offensive hand signals to him, but upon realizing she was being recorded, she began to say that the employees at the location were bullying her for being white.

The worker who captured the moment accused the woman of being a racist, while she blamed them for playing the victims.

Fortunately, the police intervened and the investigation into the case has already begun. Amy's Pizza restaurant spoke about the incident and made it clear that they will not tolerate these attitudes.

"Discrimination should NOT happen to anyone, no matter who they are or what their background is. America is a country built on immigrants. I'm so sorry if you've ever experienced anything like this," the pizzeria said in its TikTok post that show the related video.
