New Mexico First Judicial District Attorney Mary Carmack-Altwies initially filed manslaughter charges against Baldwin after the Oct. 21, 2021 death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins
“This fatal incident was the consequence of the hammer being manually retracted to its fully rearward and cocked position followed, at some point, by the pull or rearward depression of the trigger,” the report continued
The 65-year-old actor was previously charged in the same case one year ago in January 2023
