Instructions
Cut the pumpkin into slices. Cut the skin off and scrape out the seeds.
Add the pumpkin, onion, garlic, chicken stock, and water to a pot and bring to a boil while uncovered.
When boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer until the pumpkin is tender—about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat. Add contents to a blender and blend until smooth.
Place soup back onto the pan to heat up. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour soup onto bowls and top with cream.
