A video went viral on social media showing a student asking his teacher’s forgiveness when he did not know the answer to one of the exam questions in an unusual way.

The recording, which was trending on TikTok, shows the teacher reviewing the student's test, when suddenly he sees a written message that reads: "Teacher, if I have failed you, I apologize in the only way I know how...".

The phrase written by the student is a verse from the song "Un siglo sin ti" by Chayanne, very popular among the memes that appear on the Internet and which the student used to apologize.

According to the comments, the student was unsure of the answer and, sensing that it was wrong, preferred to apologize in a Chayanne style.

The video has more than 135 thousand likes and thousands of comments. Several users praised the student's creative way of apologizing to his teacher. Additionally, they asked the teacher to give the student a good grade just for choosing a Chayanne song.

Some of the comments included: "If you like Chayanne, approved immediately." "Congratulations for emotional intelligence." "That's worth even extra points, teach.”
