A shocking video shows a group of home invaders being chased away after the home owner starts shooting at them.

The video shared by the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office shows three men gathering and chatting outside of a home on the 700-block of Pinestead Road on July 7.

After apparently ringing the doorbell, the victim unlocks the door. Two of the men shove him inside and begin attacking him. The third man remains outside the home, waiting for the others to finish but pulls out a handgun from his pants.

Police say that during the home invasion, the victim’s pistol fell to the ground and was picked up by one of the invaders. He then ran to the back room of the house, where he had another gun.

Now in possession of the gun, the man opens fire of the intruders, sending them running away from his home and into their vehicle, where another man was waiting in their get-away car.

Escambia County Sherriff’s Office has identified three of the four suspects as Da’Torrance Hackworth, 20, Antonio Dewayne Dean Jr, 18, and Joseph roman Sanders, 18. Police are looking for the fourth suspect.

Hackworth and Dean Jr. have been arrested for use/display of a firearm during a felony, possession of a firearm by a felon, larceny, grand theft of a firearm, and robbery/home invasion with a firearm.

Sanders is still wanted.

Sheriff Chip Simmons told Fox News the victim would not face any charges for shooting back at the home invaders.

“If someone breaks into my front door, barges in, and attacks me or my family, they are going to get shot,” Simmons said. “I afford that same consideration to the residents of my county.”
