A seven-bedroom home inside Disney World has just hit the market for $15 million—and it comes with its own Star Wars-themed movie theater.

The 10,742-square-foot mansion was built in 2019 and designed by Walt Disney Imagineering. As expected of a house within Disney World, it comes with several Disney motifs, including a home movie theater designed as the Star Wars ship Millennium Falcon.

The house has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a game room, and several living areas. Outside, there is a pool with a rock waterfall, a slide, and a hot tub. Outside of the main house, there is a guest house and four different garages.

The house also has an exact replica of the fireplace found in Cinderella’s apartment and Disney-themed stained glass windows.

The outdoor kitchen has a pizza oven designed to look like Toothless, the dragon from the movie How To Train Your Dragon.

The house is within the luxurious gated community of Lake Buena Vista, which is inside the Disney World resort and consists of 300 houses.

Residents of the exclusive neighborhood community are required to pay $19,000 to join the Golden Oak Club. However, the price tag comes with perks: tickets to the theme parks and free shuttle services.

The gated community is about 10 miles away—about a 15-minute drive—from Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Magic Kingdom.

“The ideal buyer is obviously someone who loves Disney like most of the people in the neighborhood. And also, anyone who wants to live in an amazing, very secure Central Florida neighborhood,” said real estate agent Chris Christensen.
