The U.S. Border Patrol announced that it detained 35 Cuban migrants off the Florida coast, who arrived in make-shift boats between Wednesday and Thursday.
Border Patrol Agent Walter Slosar announced via Twitter that 19 Cubans were detained on Thursday after arriving on Florida's shores in a make-shift boat.
The boat had the word "El Triunfador" written on it in equally rustic letters.
According to the Border Patrol agent, there were 16 men and 3 women among the Cubans that arrived on the boat.
