Christopher Gibbons and Tyrone Patten-Walsh are being prosecuted in the United Kingdom for encouraging their subscribers to commit acts of terrorism related to the far right through their podcast between March 3, 2019, and February 9, 2020.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex became one of their favorite targets and were used as an example to spread their ideology against relationships between people of different races.

Gibbons, 38, asked for Prince Harry to be tried for marrying Meghan Markle and "executed for treason." His crime, according to the two men, is marrying a woman whose mother is African-American and whose father is Caucasian.

He also described the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's three-year-old son as an "abomination that needs to be removed" on his Black Wolf Radio show.

Prosecutors also said Gibbons called for Prince Harry to be "judicially killed for treason."

On Tuesday, the evidence against him was presented in a British court, which included 23 audio clips accompanied by "very harsh" images in the background.

"The court heard that some 23 lengthy audio podcasts, featuring "quite crude" images and interspersed with music, were posted online to an account with 128 subscribers," the BBC reported.

Prosecutor Anne Whyte QC argues that the two defendants are "admitted white supremacists who are not ashamed of being white supremacists," as would be demonstrated by the fact that Gibbons posted videos spreading terrorist messages on an online platform called The Library of Radicalization between April 2018 and February 2020, something he denies.

Both he and his podcast partner have denied all charges brought against him.
