Hispanic detrans girls reveal how California is taking away parent rights

California schools are allowed to counsel children on gender transition in secret from their parents, and Gov. Gavin Newsom recently signed a bill enabling the state to give out of state runaway minors to take hormones to alter their body without parental consent

One Hispanic girl's story is highlighting the danger of how California has empowered schools to counsel children on gender transition amid a new law that enables out-of-state runaway children to undergo actual medical procedures—without parental consent.

The new law, SB 107, went into effect on Jan. 1, turning California into a ‘sanctuary’ for out-of-state runaway children who want to take hormones to alter their body without parental consent, a notion some lawyers and civil liberties advocates say violates the Constitution.

The law follows a history of California schools reportedly using counseling sessions to tell children their parents don't love them if they don't support the notion of gender transition.

Jade's Story

This is the case of one Hispanic detrans girl who spoke to ADN America and has also shared her story online under the pseudonym, Jade. She says she was turned against her father who tried to protect her from procedures she now deeply regrets.

Like many young detrans people, a lizard appears next to her name on social media. It has become their mascot. Like lizards, they too have had part of their body cut off (or altered) and can regenerate. Part of “gender affirmation” treatment involved having part of their body amputated. Detrans people have undergone treatment to look like the opposite sex and after having suffered sterilization, castration, amputations, and/or hormonal treatment they decide to return to their original sex.

In Jade's case, she took testosterone for three years and finally decided to embrace her femininity and detoxify her hormones. As a part of her social engineering, when Jade told her therapist that she was feminine, and that she enjoyed playing with girl dolls, her therapist told her that boys can play with dolls too.

Jade told ADN that her insecurities were the result of early puberty, since at just 9 years old, her body started changing. Her classmates "bullied" her, since she developed her body as a woman when she was just a girl. Instead of teaching Jade to embrace her femininity and what it means to be a woman, her therapist pushed her to reject her biology and suggested she should take male hormones.

Since she is of Hispanic descent, Jade laments that she did not have a quinceañera party like many of her Latina classmates, because at that age she lived as a male.

She was, in effect, denied part of her teenage years, at the whim of ideological psychologists and teachers.

"I was groomed into hating my father at 12-13 y/o because I was told whoever tried to stop me from transitioning didn’t love me," she said. "They told me family should be hated and discarded. I regret it so much. I don’t know how my dad forgives me and smothers me with affection after all I did."

California's "Parental Secret Society" allowing schools to advise children on gender transition without parental knowledge

School counselors are able to talk to children about gender transition without parental consent in California because school districts are implementing policies based on guidance from the state's Department of Education. This protocol, known as the "Parental Secret Policy" is currently under fire by parents and is now the subject of a lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court.

“Under the policy, which is based on guidance from the California Department of Education, the district's 23 schools only inform parents of their child pursuing or considering a gender transition with the student's prior written consent, except for extraordinary situations. Proponents argue the policy is meant to protect student's privacy," according to a Feb. 23, 2023 story published by Fox News Digital.

Chloe's story

Jade's case is similar to Chloe Cole's. When her breasts sprouted at age 12, a boy at school groped her. After feeling uncomfortable, she went to her parents and they sent her to therapy. According to the therapist, the best option would be to amputate her breasts. The therapist told her parents that she must choose between a living son and a dead daughter because she would commit suicide.

At the age of 15, she underwent a double mastectomy. She is now 18 years old and her wounds are still festering. Upon coming of age, young Chloe gave up the testosterone that deepened her voice forever.

Even her facial features changed. Yet she secretly wore dresses because she still wanted to be a woman. She was simply the victim of living in a state (California) where health insurers are required to finance these treatments, even for minors. And she was part of this social experiment.

Today Chloe is one of the most prominent voices in the fight against the normalization of “trans children.”

State by state, Chloe has been sharing her story and she has had success sounding the alarm bell in places like Florida and Tennessee. To date, there are already more than a dozen states in the U.S. that have voted in favor of protecting children.

But these are states where the Republican Party has a majority. States governed by the Democratic Party, like Missouri, have become a "sanctuary" for "trans-kids."

SB 107: The new California law giving sanctuary to runaway minor children who want to transition without parental consent

In addition to empowering schools to talk to children about gender transition without parental consent, California just took the law a step further by codifying statutory protections for doctors to transition minor children who have fled other states because their parents won't let them have the procedure.

The bill, SB 107, effectively invites children to run away from home to get sex changes in a state that disregards their parents' attempts to protect them.

“SB 107 violates parental rights protected by the U.S. Constitution by giving California courts the ability to strip parents who reside in another state of their parental rights if their child travels to California to obtain gender transition procedures—including harmful puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and irreversible surgeries. It also denies parents the right to have access to their child’s medical information,” writes Matt Sharp, counsel for the Alliance Defending Freedom, in an Aug. 2, 2022 letter submitted to the California Assembly Committee on Appropriations before it was signed into law by Gov. Gavin Newsom.

“SB 107 would override the jurisdiction of courts in a family’s home state that is usually the proper forum for custody determinations. SB 107 could also conflict with various federal laws, including those governing which state courts have jurisdiction to determine child custody and federal laws governing extradition requirements between the states,” the letter says.

Now that the bill has been signed into law, it will most likely face constitutional and legal challenges in state or federal court.

While the law will be the courts primary concern, as a matter of evidence, the ideologues do not have science on their side.

The mental and physical health impacts on children have been harmful

The Economist recently published an article with Prisha Mosley’s story. This young woman suffered anorexia and sexual abuse. Instead of addressing the trauma, she underwent a "sex change." Although biological sex cannot be changed, since it is engraved in the genetic code, young people like her are subjected to treatments that alter them forever.

Still, the procedures cannot solve the mental health issues of these children, the article insists.

The article includes the numbers at Tavistock gender clinic, the United Kingdom's only gender transition facility, which was shut down after a series of complaints. There were countless cases of young people with autism who, instead of having a proper diagnosis, were prescribed hormones and surgery to "change their sex."

Cases such as these expose an underlying ideology that teaches girls that it is better to live as a man than to be a woman. This has caused a schism in the feminist movement.

On the one hand, there are those who argue that being a woman is a choice and is not defined by biology. On the other is the TERF movement, trans-exclusionary radical feminists. But some feminists feel that even the latter undermines womanhood.

Now that Jade embraces her femininity, she is accused by the trans movement of assuming a "hyper-feminine" identity, which they claim leads to hyper-sexualization, to which Jade replies:

“A young woman dressing feminine is suddenly a crime?”

She now wears dresses that she could not put on for years. On her recent birthday, she became the princess that she could not be for years.

But Jade is one of the lucky ones who had a father fighting tirelessly for her, and who struggled relentlessly to save her from being part of an experiment. Other parents are even deprived of their children for opposing their mutilation. This is an ongoing struggle.

A minor can now be removed from a conservative state and taken to a "progressive" one, where they can be castrated. Jeffrey Younger is currently fighting that battle. He has videos where he shows that his ex-wife, a pediatrician, convinced their son James that he is a girl named Luna and even makes her wear dresses. He answers: "Mom" when he is asked who told him that he is a girl. As soon as the trans childhood law was passed in California, his mother took him there.

It is not a minor fact that a trans child has become a kind of mascot for social status. Today in Hollywood, even at the Oscars, artists show up with their “trans-kids” as a symbol of “progress,” clearly using them for status in a community that values the exploitation of children as a sign of sophistication.

The evidence of this are the testimonials from children like Jade and Chloe who were forced and manipulated into transition and now regret it. To them, such 'transitions' are just another form of abuse that leads them to be treated like Guinea pigs.
