South Korean acting sensation Yoo Joo Eun died Monday, according to her family. The 27-year old 'Big Forest' star was found dead by her younger brother.

"On August 29, Joo Eun left this world for a more comfortable place. For those who have time, say goodbye to Joo Eun on your way. Following Joo Eun's last request, I am sharing this post," wrote a family member in a social media post.

Reports indicate the K-Drama actress left behind a suicide letter noting that she decided to take her own life.

"I'm sorry for leaving first. I'm especially sorry for mom, dad, grandma and oppa [older brother]. My heart screams that I don't want to live. Life without me may be empty, but please live bravely," Joo Eun wrote.

"I am not sad in the least right now. I feel resolute and calm. I think it's because I've thought about this for so long," she added. "I've lived such a happy life that it was more than I deserved. So, this is enough for me. This is enough. So please live without blaming yourself anymore. I am not dead, so everyone, please live well. I hope you call a lot of people to my funeral, and I want to see everyone for the first time in a long time and check on anyone who is going through a difficult time."

The actress reportedly said she no longer wanted to continue acting, a profession she once dreamed of.

"I wanted to act so badly. Maybe it was my everything, and it was a part of me. However, living that life was not easy. I didn't want to do anything else. That was so desperate. Having something you want to do is a blessing, but I realized that just wanting to do that is a curse," she added.

"God loves me, so He will not send me to hell. He will understand my feelings and care about me in the future. So, everyone, don't worry. And to all my beloved family and friends and my loved ones," she continued. "Thank you so much for treasuring and loving me. That was my strength and my smile. I lived with unforgettable memories until the end, so I think I have lived a successful life. Thank you for understanding and embracing me who was lacking and impatient. I'm sorry I can't express it well. But you will still understand how I feel, won't you?".

She concludes with thanks. "And to all those precious relationships I made, especially with the teachers, I was so grateful and respected them all. Thank you so much for teaching me so many things in life," she mentioned. "Mom, dad, I love you. don't cry Please."
