Multiple deaths reported after Tulsa medical clinic shooting

Multiple injuries occurred during a shooting Wednesday at a Tulsa, Okla., medical center, and multiple people have died, police said.

Tulsa police Capt. Richard Meulenberg confirmed to Fox23 that three victims are dead, in addition to the suspect.

He called it a "catastrophic scene," according to The Associated Press.

Police responded to the Natalie Medical Building at Saint Francis Hospital after a call earlier in the afternoon reported that a man was there armed with a rifle.

The call became an active shooter situation.

Officers are checking the building for additional threats. 

An outpatient surgery center and a breast health center are located in the Natalie building.
