Three people rescued in yacht fire in Biscayne Bay

The Coral Gables Police Department reported Saturday that its marine patrol units saved three people in a yacht fire in Miami's Biscayne Bay.
The officers responded to reports of a fire in Biscayne Bay near the Gables waterway, where they found a burning 54-foot yacht.
The occupants were quickly rescued and transported safely on the patrol boat. Although there is no information on injuries, authorities praised the bravery of the officers in the rescue operation.
